Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Both male and female suffering from diabetes mellitus on allopatic management.
  • •DDSPSAS \>2
  • •Controlled hypertension.
  • •Previously diagnosed case.
  • •Written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Diabetic Mononeuropathy, polyradiculopathy, amyothrophy, autonomic neuropathy, abnormalities of gait,wrist/foot drop, paralysis of cranial nerves.
  • •MI within 6 months, unstable angina.
  • •Neuropathy due to other causes, Vit B12 deficiency, alcoholism
  • •Diabetic complications\- retinopathy, renal involvement, recurrent hypoglycemia, ketoacidosis.
  • •Other systemic disease\- CVS , endocrinal, systemic infections or on other treatment (except HTN)
