Inclusion Criteria
Age =18 years at the beginning of proton beam therapy
- Diagnosis of a brain tumor or a tumor at the base of the skull
- Proton beam therapy with justifying indication and consent to proton beam therapy
- Written informed consent to participation in WPE’s Adult Registry Study (ProReg)
- Written informed consent to the EndoPro study

Name Time Method Effect of radiation dose in proton beam therapy on endocrine function. Examination before the start of radiotherapy, 90 days after the end of treatment and further annually up to 5 years after the end of treatment.
