入选标准
- •1. Age 18-40 years
- •2. BMI <35kg/m2
- •3. ASA Physical status â??Ð?Ð?
- •4. Term parturients undergoing elective caesarean
- •section under subarachnoid .
- •5. Height : 140- 170cm
排除标准
- •1.Parturients refusal to participate.
- •2.Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •3.Insufficient blockade requiring supplementation
- •of anaesthesia.
- •4.Any comorbidities like Pre-existing or Pregnancy
- •induced Hypertension ,Cardiovascular or
- •Cerebrovascular disease, Gestational Diabetes
- •Mellitus, renal impairment, severe liver
- •disease, hypo or hyperthyroidism.
- •5. Spinal anaesthesia converted to General
- •Anaesthesia.
- •6. Patients on selective serotonin reuptake
- •7. Allergy to Ondansetron.
