- •Healthy Non-diabetic control – Age 40 – 65 years, Fasting glucose less than 100mg/dl
- •Non-diabetic subjects with Sepsis – Non Diabetic and bacterial sepsis
- •Type 2 Diabetes – HbA1c grater than 8.0%
- •Type 2 Diabetes with sepsis - HbA1c greater than 8.0% and bacterial sepsis
排除标准
- •Iatrogenic or endogenous Cushing’s syndrome, Usage of glucocorticoids, Non-bacterial sepsis, Immunosuppression and autoimmune diseases
