Inclusion Criteria
Central obesity: Waist circumference >90 cm (male), 80 cm (female)
Hypertriglyceridaemia: >=150 mg/dl or under medication
Low HDL cholesterol: <40 mg/dL(male), 50 mg/dL(female) or under medication
Hypertension: 130/85 mm/Hg
FPG: >= 100 mg/dL or under medication
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects suffering from cardiovascular disease and renal disease
Pregnant and lactating mothers
HbA1c >=9%
BMI >= 35kg/m2
