1. Patients diagnosed with controlled and uncontrolled DM (Type I and Type II) in the age range c years
2. Age- and gender-matched healthy individuals for control.
1.Patients having any other systemic diseases other than diabetes.
2.Patients on any medication or drugs other medications of antidiabetic drugs
3.Patients with a requirement of antibiotic premedication or those with the presence of any active infection that requires emergency treatment
4.Pregnant and lactating women
5.Mentally challenged patients
6.Patient with any habit of smoking tobacco and using any form of drug
