Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria for the guided e-health programs:
-Being fluent in Dutch and/or English
-Being enrolled as a student of the 4 participating universities, namely Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Leiden University, Maastricht University, and Utrecht University.
-Being 16 years of age or older
-Having access to a PC or mobile device with internet access
-Having mild to moderate mood related symptoms (Patient Health Questionnaire- 9 (PHQ-9) > 4) or elevated stress (Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10) > 21) (depending on the program that will be offered.)

Exclusion Criteria

-Current risk for suicidal behavior (PHQ-9-item-9 >= 2 AND G10 >=1 [About how many months in the past 12 did you think about how you might kill yourself or work out a plan of how to kill yourself?] AND G11>=1 [How likely do you think it is that you will act on this plan in the next 12 months --> somewhat likely or very likely])
-Severe depression (PHQ-9 total score > 20)

- EuroQol-5 Dimension-5 Level Scale (EuroQol-5DL) (Group, T.E., 1990 ) <br>- Adherence will be measured by the total number of completed sessions, time spent in the platform, and the number of logins. <br><br>Mood program:<br>-Patient Health Questionnaire – 9 items (van Luenen et al., 2018) (PHQ-9)<br><br>Stress program:<br>-Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) (Cohen, 1988) <br><br>After completing each module and receiving feedback from the e-coach, we will ask participants to assess the e-coach and the modules. We will also conduct semi-structured interviews in order to gain more insight into their experience with the program.<br>
