Inclusion Criteria
- Healthy volunteers aged 35â€80
- Were screened for type 2 diabetes by 75 gm OGTT and were diagnosed as impaired fasting glucose and/or impaired glucose tolerance
Exclusion Criteria
- Unwilling to participate in the study
- Were diagnosed as diabetes or had normal OGTT
