入选标准
- •All newly detected cases of biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx, larynx and hypopharynx fit for concurrent chemo radiation or radical radiotherapy, with a KPS > 70 (Karnofsky Performance scale) at the time of presentation consenting for the study will be enrolled.
排除标准
- •Patients on feeding jejunostomy, tracheostomy and prolonged Ryles tube feeding.
- •Previous history of malignancies.
- •Patients requiring surgery as a part of treatment protocol.
- •Evidence of distant metastasis.
- •Recurrent or residual disease
