- •1. peripheral arterial catheters inserted in PICU and kept for atleast 12 hours
- •2. child needing arterial catheter as a part of management
排除标准
- •1. hypersensitivity to heparin
- •2. patient with known bleeding or coagulation disorder
- •3. patient treated with anticoagulant or fibrinolytic medications
- •4. external transfer with a peripheral arterial catheter insitu or required an emergency out of hours Peripheral arterial catheter insertion
