简要总结
Thisstudy is a single institution, Observational follow up study to assessincidence of acute kidney injury (KDIGO stage 1 and higher) in patientsundergoing emergency laparotomy under general anaesthesia (within first 7 days)will be conducted in AIIMS Rishikesh. We hypothesized that acute kidney injuryfollowing emergency laparotomy is same in all age groups and there is no genderbased differences. Primary outcome is to know number patients discharged andprolonged hospital stay after acute kidney injury after emergency laparotomy.Secondary outcomes will be morbidity, mortality due to AKI after emergency laparotomy.
