Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Out\-patients admitted with early and late onset Parkinson’s disease
- •based on UPDRS and UK BRAIN BANK CRITERIA.
- •2\. Patients with clinical symptoms of Parkinson disease.
- •3\. Documented onset of motor symptoms.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with drug\-induced Parkinsonism, vascular Parkinsonism, and atypical forms of Parkinsonism (such as progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy, or cortico basal degeneration).
- •2\. History of repeated strokes with stepwise progression of parkinsonian
- •3\. History of definite encephalitis.
