Inclusion Criteria
18â??65 years of age
Typical onychomycosis-related symptoms
Tested positive on direct microscopy examination or Fungal culture
Patients consenting for laser
Exclusion Criteria
Other concomitant nail diseases such as nail-plate psoriasis, lichen planus, or atopic dermatitis, subungual hematoma or nevoid formation
History of photosensitive disorders.
Pregnant and lactating female.
Patients with unrealistic expectations.
Patient not willing for laser.
