Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Musculoskeletal pain for \>\=3 months;
- •MMSE ( \>23\)
- •Geriatric Depression scale ( \<5\)
- •Ability to read, write and understand local Gujarati, Hindi or English language
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ongoing physiotherapy treatment for injury/illness;
- •Subjects having any Medical/ Neurological or Cardio Respiratory Conditions which restricts participation
- •Subjects with recent fractures / trauma
- •Any diagnosed Psychiatric illness / cognitive impairment
- •Elderly confined to bed
