Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adults (\>18 yrs)
  • •Patients who underwent 1\-level or 2\-level lumbar spine fusion with new sextant technique (performed in St Elisabeth hospital between 2002 and 2010\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •No spondylodesis prior to the spinal fusion with sextant technique
  • •Age \<18 yrs

Clinical and radiological outcome after treatment of a foot complex trauma by means of external fixatorComplex foot trauma describes high-energy injuries to the foot that include various fractures from the ankle to the forefoot. In most cases, these fractures are associated with severe soft tissue damage up to open fractures due to the high energy of the trauma.
