Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Both male and female
  • •2\. Between the age range of 18\-40
  • •3\. Sedentary behaviour
  • •4\. Participants with IDRS more than or equal to 30

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Smokers
  • •2\. Unco\-operative patient
  • •3\. Pregnant females
  • •4\. Individual diagnosed with diabetes mellitus either type1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus
  • •5\. Individual with any history of cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, psychological issue etc. which affect the outcome measures and study intervention.
  • •6\. Stage 2 hypertension
