Patients more than 18 years of age
Participants requiring surgical extractions of third molars in mandibular arch
Hypertensive patients with controlled blood pressure (BP < 140/90 mmHg)
Diabetic patients with controlled blood sugar level (HbA1c < 6.5)
Participants willing to participate in study
Patients with positive history of substance abuse (alcohol, opiates, etc.)
Patients who have consumed alcohol in the past 48 hours.
Participants with history of cardiac surgeries, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, patients on anti-epileptic therapy, patients on medication for psychiatric illness (SSRIs, MAOs).
Participants who are already participating in another study.
