* The patient has a brain tumor that is radiologically suspect for either a meningioma or low grade glioma.
* The patient will undergo craniotomy for the brain tumor.
* The patient is in clinical reasonable or good condition (Karnovsky performance Scale ><=70) .
Resection of the tumor in the last year, comorbid neurodegenerative disease, psychiatric or neurological disorder in the last 2 years, chemotherapy in the last 2 years, lack of basic proficiency in Dutch, IQ below 85, or (very) low cognitive skills, Karnovsky Performance Scale under 70, complete unfamiliarity with the use of computers, surgery-related complication (morbidity or mortality e.g., thrombosis or heart attack), and insufficient reading skills (limiting the ability to follow the cognitive rehabilitation program) and cognitive rehabilitation elsewhere.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>Feasibility (adherence, patient experience, attrition) will be monitored in the<br /><br>feasibility study.<br /><br>Cognitive functioning: group and individual neuropsychological performance, as<br /><br>assessed with the computerized battery of neuropsychological tests and the two<br /><br>additional neuropsychological tests, at the 3 months*, 6 months' and 12 months*<br /><br>assessment as compared to baseline, and magnitude of change over time.</p><br>
