(1) 18-65 years of age in both sex
(2) Use 0.5% cannabidiol in alcohol solution or alcohol solution at least 2 times per day
(3) No history of allergy to alcohol solution or cannabinoid
(4) Will not use hand cream in 4 weeks of participation
(5) Subjects must have been informed about all study procedures and side effects and informed consent must be given to all subjects
(6) Able to speak, read, and understand Thai language
(1) Chronic skin diseases of hands
(2) Pregnancy or lactation
(3) Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder concerning over-washing hands
Withdrawal criteria
1.Develop serious adverse side effects during the study
2.Develop a synchronous local infection at hand
3.Do not follow instructions
4.Lost follow up at any appointment
5.Decided to leave the study
