Inclusion Criteria
1. Isolated coronary artery disease which can be operated on with conventional extracorporeal circulation
2. At least three significantly diseased and graftable targets (at least 1,5 mm diameter in angiogram)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Emergency patients
2. Inborn or acquired bleeding/clotting tendency (platelet inhibitng medication allowed)
3. Liver disease, gastrointestinal disease with increased risk of bleeding
4. Left ventricular function < 40%
5. Age < 18, > 85 years
