1. Average or Above Average Intellectual Functioning based on clinical judgment and socio-demographic details
2. Age range: 18-23 years
3. Meeting criteria for the presence of BPD or traits or BPD on MCMI-III
4. Ability to read, write and speak English
5. Pursuing under graduation at any college in India
1. Final year under graduate students
2. Any co-morbid Axis 1 psychiatric diagnosis like mood disorders or psychotic disorders
3. Currently taking or history of taking psychiatric medications
4. Currently taking or history of attending any form of psychological interventions in the last one year
5. History of attempts to self-harm or suicidal attempts in the last six months based on clinical interview
6. Currently experiencing severe tendencies for self-harm or severe levels of suicidal ideation based on clinical interview and scores on the Scale for Suicide Ideation (SSI).
7. Exposure to trauma or significant life events in the past six months
