Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. Average or Above Average Intellectual Functioning based on clinical judgment and socio-demographic details
  • 2. Age range: 18-23 years
  • 3. Meeting criteria for the presence of BPD or traits or BPD on MCMI-III
  • 4. Ability to read, write and speak English
  • 5. Pursuing under graduation at any college in India

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Final year under graduate students
  • 2. Any co-morbid Axis 1 psychiatric diagnosis like mood disorders or psychotic disorders
  • 3. Currently taking or history of taking psychiatric medications
  • 4. Currently taking or history of attending any form of psychological interventions in the last one year
  • 5. History of attempts to self-harm or suicidal attempts in the last six months based on clinical interview
  • 6. Currently experiencing severe tendencies for self-harm or severe levels of suicidal ideation based on clinical interview and scores on the Scale for Suicide Ideation (SSI).
  • 7. Exposure to trauma or significant life events in the past six months
