Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Average or Above Average Intellectual Functioning based on clinical judgment and socio-demographic details
- •2. Age range: 18-23 years
- •3. Meeting criteria for the presence of BPD or traits or BPD on MCMI-III
- •4. Ability to read, write and speak English
- •5. Pursuing under graduation at any college in India
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Final year under graduate students
- •2. Any co-morbid Axis 1 psychiatric diagnosis like mood disorders or psychotic disorders
- •3. Currently taking or history of taking psychiatric medications
- •4. Currently taking or history of attending any form of psychological interventions in the last one year
- •5. History of attempts to self-harm or suicidal attempts in the last six months based on clinical interview
- •6. Currently experiencing severe tendencies for self-harm or severe levels of suicidal ideation based on clinical interview and scores on the Scale for Suicide Ideation (SSI).
- •7. Exposure to trauma or significant life events in the past six months
