Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologist(ASA) physical status I
- •Mallampatti grade I and II
- •Scheduled for elective surgery with laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Anticipated difficult airway,
- •2\. Intubation time exceeding 15 seconds,
- •3\. More than one attempt of intubation,
- •4\. History of hepatic, renal, respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrinal and neurological disorders,
- •Pregnant or lactating women,
- •Patient on drugs like alpha blocker, beta blocker, calcium channel blocker,etc.
