Inclusion Criteria
Minimum age of 18 years
- Neglect and pusher symptoms after right hemispheric lesion. Include those patients who have both a neglect based on the initial neuropsychological examination and a score of 1 or greater on the Contraversive Pusher Scale in at least one of the three components.
- Regular ability to mobilize for personal hygiene and participate in at least 80 percent of scheduled morning therapies.
Exclusion Criteria
- Known dementia
- Therapeutic mobilization capacity for less than 80% of scheduled therapy sessions
- Development of normal pressure hydrocephalus
