Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologists
- •physical status I to III 2\) Eldery patients aged 65 years or older 3\) Patients
- •undergoing scheduled for urologic surgery under spinal anesthesia 4\) Patients
- •who have consented voluntarily in writing this clinical
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients who were taking any psychiatric medications or
- •who had a history of mental illness 2\) Patients who have hearing loss and a
- •hearing aid 3\) Contraindication of spinal anesthesia 4\) Severe cardiopulmonary
- •diseases and respiratory diseases 5\) Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetic
- •mellitus 6\) Patients who take a benzodiazepine as a premedication before
