入选标准
- •1) Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologists
- •physical status I to III 2) Eldery patients aged 65 years or older 3) Patients
- •undergoing scheduled for urologic surgery under spinal anesthesia 4) Patients
- •who have consented voluntarily in writing this clinical
排除标准
- •1) Patients who were taking any psychiatric medications or
- •who had a history of mental illness 2) Patients who have hearing loss and a
- •hearing aid 3) Contraindication of spinal anesthesia 4) Severe cardiopulmonary
- •diseases and respiratory diseases 5) Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetic
- •mellitus 6) Patients who take a benzodiazepine as a premedication before
