入选标准
- •1.Fistulae which are anatomically higher in extension (such as high intersphincteric, high transsphincteric or suprasphincteric fistulae)
- •2.Involve significant portions of the sphincter musculature ( >50%)
- •3.Fistulae with multiple tracks or distant cutaneous extensions
- •4.Anterior fistula in ano in females
- •5.Recurrent fistulae
排除标准
- •1.Simple fistula in ano.
- •2.Non cryptoglandular fistula in ano
- •3.Extrasphincteric fistulae
- •4.Patients suffering with following ailments shall not be taken for the study:
- •a.Uncontrolled Hypertension
- •b.Coronary Artery Disease
- •c.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
- •d.Severe Anaemia and hypoproteinemia
- •e.Carcinoma
- •g.HBsAg , Anti HCV
