Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Fistulae which are anatomically higher in extension (such as high intersphincteric, high transsphincteric or suprasphincteric fistulae)
- •2\.Involve significant portions of the sphincter musculature ( \>50%)
- •3\.Fistulae with multiple tracks or distant cutaneous extensions
- •4\.Anterior fistula in ano in females
- •5\.Recurrent fistulae
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Simple fistula in ano.
- •2\.Non cryptoglandular fistula in ano
- •3\.Extrasphincteric fistulae
- •4\.Patients suffering with following ailments shall not be taken for the study:
- •a.Uncontrolled Hypertension
- •b.Coronary Artery Disease
- •c.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
- •d.Severe Anaemia and hypoproteinemia
- •e.Carcinoma
- •g.HBsAg , Anti HCV
