- •1. Participants of age 60 years and above
- •2. Those given written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment
- •2. Recent major surgery or trauma
- •3. Terminally ill.
- •4. Individuals with severe mobility limitations
- •5. Severe mental illness (psychiatric problems)
- •6. Antidepressant drugs from past 6 months
- •7. Would not be able to perform physical performance test
- •8. Severe chronic illness such as
- •(a) Cancer or other immune system disease.
- •(b) Chronic kidney disease (end stage renal disease)
- •(c)Inflammatory disease
