Inclusion Criteria
Known cases of mild to moderate depressive disorders based on ICD-11.
Age between 18 to 60.
Both Genders.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from any other physical or mental illness apart from mild to moderate depression.
Patients of sub normal intelligence.
Patients not giving written inform consent.
Patients with active suicidal edge.
