Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Adult males or females with a diagnosis of vestibular schwannoma \>3cm planned for surgery
•\- Who give consent to participate in study

Exclusion Criteria

•\-Patients in which there is computerized tomography evidence of calcification or hemorrhage as they are known to interfere with DTI tractography
•\-Those who do not consent
