Being candidate for appendectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Perforated appendicitis
Immunodeficiency
Body Mass Index of more than 30 kg/m2

Name Time Method Surgical site infection. Timepoint: During the patient's hospitalization period. Method of measurement: By direct observation of the signs of infection.;Post-operation pain severity. Timepoint: 0, 6, 12, 24 hours after the surgery. Method of measurement: By using the Visual Analogue Scale.
