Inclusion Criteria
Children who are on mechanical ventilator who are ready for extubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Children below 1- month age and above 18 years age.
Children intubated for Neuro muscular diseases, upper airway issues, and cardiovascular issues which may persist at the time of extubation and affect
Those who failed extubation once and got reintubated

Name Time Method To assess need for additional support measures like HFNC/CPAP/Bubble CPAP in children extubated from either CPAP mode or CPAP+PS mode <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 18months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To study re-intubation rates in children extubated from either CPAP or CPAP with PS modes. To study clinical outcomes like mortality, time of initiating full NG or Oral feeds after extubation, length of PICU stay, length of hospital stay in the two groupsTimepoint: 18 months
