入选标准
- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgery with extracorporeal circulation (ECC) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) = 50% who will undergo echocardiographic monitoring with myocardial strain.
排除标准
- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgery without CPB, patients with LVEF < 50%, urgent and emergency surgery, patients with grade II or III diastolic dysfunction, use of intra-aortic balloon pump in the preoperative period and refusal to participate in the study.
