- •3. NECK CIRCUMFERENCE >40CM
- •4. PATIENTS REQUIRING REINTUBATION OR TRACHEOSTOMY
- •5. HISTORY OF ACTIVE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION
- •6. MALLAMPATTI GRADE 3 AND ABOVE
- •7. HISTORY OF ALLERGY TO LIGNOCAINE
