Inclusion Criteria
1. POP stage III & IV
2. Using vaginal pessary
3. Can control their voiding
4. No use of adrenergic or cholinergic or diuretic medications
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous urinary tract infection in past 1 week
2. Void volume less than 150 mL or more than 600 mL
3. Incommunicable
4. Cannot sit on the commode
