- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The level of Vasculo Endothelial Growth Factors in the blood serum, collateral scores based on gender will be correlated with collaterals formed in hypertensive and non-hypertensive patients. Changes in the endothelial thickening, arrangement of smooth muscles and internal elastic lamina are studied in detail in autopsy specimen with atherosclerotic lesion to explain the factors affecting collateral formation.Timepoint: 2 years
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The factors affecting the formation of collaterals once found out, the study will be further extended to large number of population from different parts of TamilNaduTimepoint: 5 years
