Inclusion Criteria

Patient underwent coronary angiography in VMKV Medical College & Hospital and VIMS Hospital, Salem from 2019 to 2020 those with >50% of stenosis

Exclusion Criteria

Patients those with <50% diameter stenosis those who received nitrates or calcium channel blockers immediately before the procedure are excluded from the study

The level of Vasculo Endothelial Growth Factors in the blood serum, collateral scores based on gender will be correlated with collaterals formed in hypertensive and non-hypertensive patients. Changes in the endothelial thickening, arrangement of smooth muscles and internal elastic lamina are studied in detail in autopsy specimen with atherosclerotic lesion to explain the factors affecting collateral formation.Timepoint: 2 years
