Inclusion Criteria

Volunteers who are able to participate in the planned examinations
Volunteers who gave their consent for study participation voluntarily and in writing

Exclusion Criteria

Women who are pregnant or lactating,
Diabetes mellitus,
Nephropathy,
Use of diuretics,
Hypo- or Hyperthyroidism,
Diet for weight reduction,
Amputations,
Pacemaker, defibrillator or implanted substance administering systems,
Diseases (e.g. diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, metabolism, nervous system as well as infections and immunological diseases with medication) or use of medications, which lead to an energy or nutrient malabsorption,
Blood donation during or < 4 weeks prior to study participation,
Inadequate knowledge of the German language to participate in the 24h-recalls,
Treatment with antibiotics,
Volunteers with ongoing cancer treatment,
Volunteers with acute or chronic infectious diseases,
Volunteers with abuse of alcohol or drugs,
Volunteers who will probably not comply with study regulations,
Volunteers who are institutionalized due to judicial or administrative orders,
Volunteers who do not give their written consent for study participation
