Inclusion Criteria
All patients
Those who require ICU stay >48 hours are included.
Exclusion Criteria
Age <18 years
Patients getting readmitted to ICU after treatment in ICU
Patients who are DNI/DNR status
Among patients with chronic liver disease ,those who underwent liver transplantation and those with hepatocellular carcinoma will be excluded.

Name Time Method mNUTRIC score will be a good <br/ ><br>predictor of 28-day outcome in all critically ill patients admitted to medical ICU.Timepoint: 28 days
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method mNUTRIC score will be a good <br/ ><br>predictor of length of ICU stay and duration of mechanical ventilation in all critically ill patients admitted to ICU. This will also be a useful tool in assessing outcome in critically ill patients with cirrhosis of liver.Timepoint: 28 days
