Patient age 18-80 years old with ASA physical status I-III
Patients who was schedule for and elective laminectomy with or with out fusion between 1-3 levels at lumbar spine.
1. Patient who had contraindication to epidural analgesia
2. Patient who refuse or not cooperate while performing epidural analgesia
3. patient who are not capable of using patient controlled analgesia machine.
4. Patient who refuse to be in the study.
5. Patient who is allergic to any medication used in the study protocol.
6. Patient with renal impairment with GFR < 30 ml/min 1.73m2
