Inclusion Criteria
- •1.60>Age ?18 years at the time of signing a consent form
- •2.Signed consent form
- •3.Resident of Mthatha and surrounding rural areas for the past 12 months
- •4.Have received counseling pre – and post-testing for HIV
- •5.Reports overnight fast
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Use of antibiotics
- •2.Antidiabetic medication
- •3.Gastrointestinal disease
- •5.Tested COVID19 positive in the three months prior to the data collection
