This study is Randomized Open labelled Controlled Clinical Trail Comparing The Safety and Efficacy Of Jivaniya Gan Dravya Vati 500 mg and Controlled Drug Jatamansi Vati 500 mg for 30 days in 74 patient With Generalised Anxiety Disorder and effect on Generalised Anxiety Disorder 7 Scale .

Patients up to Moderate level of Anxiety below 14 points on GAD 7 Scales,Patient having lakshnas of Ojakshaya.
Patient taking psychotropic drugs four weeks prior to study,Substance abuse like Alcohol,Pregnant and Lactating Mothers,Patients with Ischemic Heart Disease,Hypertension,Myocardial Infarction,Cerebrovascular event,Cardiac arrythmias,Diabetes and active Malignant disease.

Name Time Method To evaluate the efficacy of Oral administration of 500 mg Jivaniya Gan Dravya Vati twice a day with Godugdha 5 to 10 ml for 30 days in managment of Ojakshay with special reference to Generalised Anxiety Disorder Based on diffrence in Parameters of GAD 7 scale and DSM v criteria assessed before and after treatment 10 th day

Name Time Method To conceptually study the Ojakshya & its management by relevant ancient methodology. To observe the adverse effect of Jivaniya Gan Dravya Vati in Ojakshaya if any.
