Inclusion Criteria
Age over 18 years, diagnosis of breast cancer, neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy in their therapeutic protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
Participants with a previous diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart failure, or infectious diseases were excluded from the study. Additionally, volunteers who did not complete the assessment protocol, were unable to return for reassessment or did not carry out the therapeutic protocol prescribed during chemotherapy were excluded.

It is expected to find a deterioration of cell membrane integrity and body composition, assessed through bioimpedance analysis, taking into consideration a decrease of at least 5% in pre- and post-chemotherapy measurements.;Outcome found 1. Chemotherapy had a negative effect on the integrity of the cell membrane of muscle tissue, evidenced by the reduction of PhA, without influence of food intake, lean mass and level of physical activity.
