Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant women with gestational age 20weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1 Those suffering from major systemic diseases that are likely to influence pregnancy For eg HT DM TB HIV VDRL positive
HbsAg positive Thyroid Nephrotic disorders
2 Known patients of malignancy cervical erosion polyp endometriosis tubo ovarian mass
3 Known case of structural anomalies of genital organs
4. Patients undergoing treatment for any other serious illness
5 Twin Pregnancy
6 Any congenital anomalies seen in USG
