入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Age group 18-80years
- •2) ASA grade II,III (having BMI >30kg/m2)
- •3) Undergoing laproscopic abdominal surgeries (duration 90-150 minutes)
排除标准
- •1)ASA III with : i)Severe obstructive or
- •restrictive pulmonary disease
- •ii)Liver disease
- •iii)Implanted pacemaker
- •v)History of MI ,CVA , TIA ,
- •or CAD/stents.
- •2) H/O allergy to volatile anesthetics
- •3) Susceptible to malignant hyperthermia
- •4) Disabling disease of CNS
- •5) With use of any investigational drug within
- •30 days before surgery
