入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age of 18 years or older, but less than 70 years.
- •2.ASA Status I to III.
- •3.Patients undergoing surgeries requiring One Lung Ventilation.
- •4.Agree to participate in the study and have signed written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1.Symptomatic or Severe Obstructive or Restrictive Lung disease.
- •Accepted definition for obstructive disease as defined by the American Thoracic Society and European Respiratory Society Guidelines is FEV1/FVC <0.7. Severity defined as FEV1/FVC <0.5 predicted as severe disease.
- •2.Requirement of preoperative oxygen support.
- •3.Preoperative intubation state or under mechanical ventilator support.
- •4.Baseline arterial pressure of oxygen (Pao2) <70 mm of Hg
- •5.Symptomatic coronary or peripheral arterial disease
- •6.Allergic to any drug used during the study.
- •7.Patients preoperatively on drugs that directly affect Hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV).
