Gestational age between 26 and 34 weeks
Absence of severe pregnancy complications (such as gestational diabetes or preeclampsia)
No history of psychological problems and receiving treatment in the 6 months before entering the study
Singleton pregnancy
Living with a spouse
Absence of addiction in couples
Iranian citizenship
Not having a hearing or speaking disorder
Occurrence of severe pregnancy complications and hospitalization
Incidence of premature birth
Occurrence and diagnosis of psychological problems in each of the couples and receiving treatment
The birth of an abnormal baby
Hospitalization of the baby after delivery
Suffering from severe complications during and after childbirth of the mother
The occurrence of large and unexpected stress during the intervention
Absence in any of the considered programs
Simultaneously participating in counseling sessions outside the plan
