Inclusion Criteria

Pregnancy age 18 to 24 weeks
husband's desire to participate in counseling classes
husbands' reading and writing literacy
Not taking antidepressants and sedatives
No accidents during the last 6 months
People with a distress score of 24 and above

Exclusion Criteria

Having an obstetric problem including the possibility of premature birth, diabetes, hypertension
Known congenital abnormalities
Receiving counseling services outside the study by couples before the study
