Inclusion Criteria
Hospitalization in the intensive care unit
Requiring mechanical ventilation
Age 18 to 70 years
Ability to perform both modalities for patients
Having informed consent of co-patients to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Previous Chronic lung disease
Multi-organ failure at admission

Name Time Method Heart rate changes. Timepoint: Every hour until the first 6 hours and then from 6 hours to 24 hours and then daily. Method of measurement: By ECG.;Blood pressure changes. Timepoint: Every hour until the first 6 hours and then from 6 hours to 24 hours and then daily. Method of measurement: By sphygmomanometer.;Duration of separation from the mechanical ventilation.
