The study titled "comparison of movement quality and movement errors between active versus sedentary college students will be performed in students from yenepoya deemed to be university. The participants will be divided into two groups (active and sedentary ) based on Godin-Leisure time exercise questionnaire. Movement quality will be evaluated using functional movement screen and movement error will be evaluated using landing error scoring system. these scores will be used to evaluate the movement quality and movement errors in active v/s sedentary college students.
This described movement error and movement quality which can lead to musculoskeletal injuries and provides proof that active students are having better movement quality than of sedentary students. The same as movement error is mostly seen in sedentary students than that of active students.

- •any lower extremity injury/ fractures any surgery that limits participation any medical conditions that affects the participation students who are not willing to participate.
