Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects who are willing to give written informed consent.
- •2\. Serum cortisol level \> 15 mcg/dl, OSI score. ( 128\-230\.DownloadsOSI SCALE.pdf)
- •3\.Subjects of either gender between 25 to 40 years
- •4\.Subjects who are fit (yogya) for Nasya Karma \& Shamana Snehapana
- •5 Subjects of Madhyam Koshta,Madhyam Agnibala (samagni) will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Participants having ages less than 25 and more than 40 years of age of either sex.2\. Person suffering from other psychiatric illnesses and using other anti\-psychiatric medication 3\..Patient suffering from any systemic chronic illness e.g., Asthma, COPD, Anemia, hepatic dysfunction, renal dysfunction, and Resistant hypertension, etc.4\.Participants with a history of alcoholism and drug abuse.5\. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.6\. Peri\-menopausal women. Patients having Nasal obstructive Pathology like congestion, Deviated Nasal septum, Nasal polyps etc . 7\.Patients contraindicated for Nasya according to classics.. 8\.Patients contraindicated for Shamana Snehapana
