•ASA 1 and 2 18\-60 years undergoing surgery under General or regional anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

•Hypertensive patients
•Patient having some language and communication difficulties
•Pregnant patients
•Emergency surgery
•Patient on psychiatric treatment or any kind of anxiety disorder
